Anthonyatlaw Law Firm Adds Litigation Partner Shireen Barday to the New York Office

Anthonyatlaw LLC is pleased to announce that Shireen Barday has joined the firm as a partner in the New York office.  Barday, formerly with Kirkland & Ellis, will continue her commercial litigation practice.

About Shireen Barday

Barday practices complex commercial litigation and has served as a principal in a broad range of business and class action litigation, including securities and shareholder litigation, corporate control, corporate governance and derivative matters.

Before joining Anthonyatlaw  Law Firm, Barday was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis.  She served as a law clerk to Judge Rosemary S. Pooler of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from 2010 to 2011 and to Chief Judge Colleen McMahon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York from 2009 to 2010.

Barday received her law degree from Stanford Law School in 2008.  She earned an M.A. in Political Science from the City University of New York and a B.A. in Political Science from Barnard College.
